| چکیده | ||
| کنجد یکی از گیاهان روغنی مهم است که بهشدت تحت تأثیر تنشهای غیرزیستی از جمله خشکی قرار میگیرد. هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی واکنش ژنوتیپهای مختلف کنجد به تنش خشکی و شناسایی ژنوتیپهای متحمل برای استفاده در مناطق خشک است. آزمایش در سال 1402 بهمنظور بررسی واکنش 10 ژنوتیپ کنجد شامل هلیل، دشتستان، داراب، سرداری، لاین 24، لاین 25، لاین 26، اولتان، ناز تکشاخه و یلووایت در برابر تنش خشکی، در دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی انجام شد. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار و در شرایط هیدروپونیک با استفاده از پرلیت و محلول غذایی هوگلند اجرا شد. تنش خشکی با استفاده از پلیاتیلن گلیکول 6000 در سه سطح (شاهد، 3- و 6- بار) در مرحله چهار برگی اعمال شدند. نمونهبرداری از اندام هوایی پس از 72 ساعت برای اندازهگیری صفات مورفولوژیک و بیوشیمیایی انجام گرفت. شاخصهای تحمل YSI و MFV برای ارزیابی پایداری ژنوتیپها تحت تنش استفاده شدند. تنش موجب کاهش معنیدار در طول و وزن خشک گیاهچه در تمامی ژنوتیپها شد، با این حال ژنوتیپ سرداری در هر دو سطح تنش عملکرد بهتری داشت. از سوی دیگر، محتوای پرولین و کربوهیدراتهای محلول با افزایش شدت تنش افزایش یافت، بهطوریکه بیشترین میزان پرولین در ژنوتیپهای یلووایت و داراب و بیشترین کربوهیدرات در ژنوتیپ سرداری مشاهده شد. شاخصهای تنش اکسیداتیو شامل پراکسید هیدروژن و مالوندیآلدئید نیز در اثر تنش افزایش یافتند؛ در این میان ژنوتیپهای دشتستان و لاین ۲۵ بیشترین مقادیر را داشتند که نشاندهنده آسیب اکسیداتیو بالاتر در آنهاست، در حالیکه ژنوتیپهای اولتان و داراب کمترین میزان را نشان دادند. تحلیل شاخص پایداری عملکرد (YSI) و تابع عضویت فازی (MFV) نیز نشان داد که ژنوتیپهای سرداری و داراب در هر دو سطح تنش خشکی دارای بیشترین مقدار این شاخصها بوده و در مجموع بهعنوان متحملترین ژنوتیپها شناخته شدند. | ||
