| بهمنظور بررسی اثر رژیمهای مختلف آبیاری و تاریخ کاشت بر عملکرد و شاخصهای فیزیولوژیکی گیاه کینوا در منطقه نیمهخشک دهدشت، آزمایشی بهصورت اسپلیت پلات در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. عامل اصلی شامل تاریخ کاشت در سه سطح (5 و 20 مردادماه و 5 شهریورماه) و عامل فرعی شامل رژیمهای آبیاری پس از تبخیر 40، 80 و 120 میلیمتر آب از تشتک تبخیر بود. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین محتوای کلروفیل برگ، تعداد شاخههای جانبی و عملکرد زیستی در پایینترین سطح تنش آبی (40 میلیمتر تبخیر) حاصل شد، در حالی که بیشترین درصد پروتئین دانه در بالاترین سطح تنش (120 میلیمتر تبخیر) مشاهده گردید. حداکثر کارایی مصرف آب در تیمار آبیاری پس از 120 میلیمتر تبخیر و تاریخ کاشت 5 شهریورماه و حداقل آن در تیمار آبیاری پس از 40 میلیمتر تبخیر و تاریخ کاشت 5 مردادماه ثبت شد. همچنین، در تیمار آبیاری پس از 40 میلیمتر تبخیر و تاریخ کاشت 20 مردادماه، بیشترین محتوای نسبی آب برگ، شاخص سطح برگ، ارتفاع بوته، طول پانیکول، عملکرد دانه و شاخص برداشت حاصل شد. در مقابل، کمترین عملکرد دانه و شاخص برداشت مربوط به تیمار آبیاری پس از 120 میلیمتر تبخیر و تاریخ کاشت 5 شهریورماه بود. نتایج نشان داد که آبیاری پس از 40 میلیمتر تبخیر از تشتک و تاریخ کاشت 20 مردادماه میتواند صفات اقتصادی گیاه کینوا را بهبود داده و بهعنوان گزینهای مناسب برای حصول عملکرد مطلوب در منطقه مورد آزمایش و مناطق مشابه پیشنهاد گردد. | ||
