| در این مطالعه، تأثیر دو گونه قارچ مایکوریزا (Golmus mossea و G. fasciculatum) بر صفات زراعی و فیزیولوژیک ذرت هیبرید 704 تحت تنش خشکی، در مرکز تحقیقات جنوب استان کرمان، بهصورت طرح کرتهای خرد شده و در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی ارزیابی شد. در این پژوهش، تنش خشکی بهعنوان عامل اصلی در چهار سطح (50، 70، 90 و 100 درصد نیاز آبی گیاه) و تأثیر تلقیح بذر ذرت با دو گونه قارچ مایکوریزا و یک گروه شاهد (بدون تلقیح) بهعنوان عامل فرعی بررسی گردید. صفات مختلفی همچون محتوی آب نسبی برگ، کلروفیل، پرولین، ارتفاع بوته، قطر ساقه، و عملکرد دانه مورد اندازهگیری قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که تنش آبی و استفاده از قارچهای مایکوریزا تأثیر قابلتوجهی بر تمام ویژگیهای مورد مطالعه در ذرت داشتند. بیشترین ارتفاع بوته (۲۵۱.۹۳ سانتیمتر) و طول بلال (۲۲.۵۳ سانتیمتر) در شرایط آبیاری کامل (۱۰۰ درصد نیاز آبی) و تلقیح با قارچ G. mossea مشاهده شد. تعداد بلال در هر بوته نیز تحت تأثیر تنش آبی و مایکوریزا قرار گرفت، بهطوری که بیشترین تعداد بلال (۱.۱۷ عدد) در شرایط آبیاری کامل و تلقیح با قارچ G. fasciculatum مشاهده شد. عملکرد دانه نیز بهطور معناداری تحت تأثیر تنش آبی و مایکوریزا قرار گرفت، بهطوری که بیشترین عملکرد دانه (۱۱۶۵۰ کیلوگرم در هکتار) در شرایط آبیاری کامل و تلقیح با قارچ G. mossea ثبت شد. شاخص برداشت نیز در شرایط آبیاری کامل و تلقیح با قارچ G. mossea به حداکثر مقدار خود رسید. محتوای نسبی آب برگ و شاخص کلروفیل نیز تحت تأثیر تنش آبی و مایکوریزا قرار گرفتند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که گیاهان تلقیح شده با قارچ مایکوریزا، بهویژه گونه G. mossea، در شرایط تنش آبی عملکرد بهتری داشته و توانایی بیشتری در حفظ رطوبت نسبی برگ از خود نشان دادند. | ||
