| SP در مقایسه با AH مقادیر به طور قابل توجهی بالاتری از TPC (به ترتیب 46.91 در مقابل 32.44 میلیگرم بر گرم ماده خشک)، TT (7.88 در مقابل 2.74 میلیگرم بر گرم ماده خشک)، TF (29.93 در مقابل 12.85 میلیگرم بر گرم ماده خشک) و ANT (82.29 در مقابل 2.28 میلیگرم بر گرم ماده خشک) نشان داد. به طور همزمان، SP ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی برتری را همانطور که توسط فعالیت مهار رادیکال DPPH (69.14% در مقابل 44.30%) و مقادیر FRAP (277.7 در مقابل 182.1 میکرومول بر گرم ماده خشک) مشهود است، نشان داد. از نظر شیمیایی، SP دارای DM کمتر (13.37 در مقابل 33.41% بر اساس خوراک مصرفی) و CP کمتر (11.33 در مقابل 14.44% ماده خشک) اما EE بالاتر (3.39 در مقابل 1.22% ماده خشک) و NFC بالاتر (56.36 در مقابل 33.73% ماده خشک) نسبت به AH بود.IVGP نشان داد که SP دارای فاز تأخیر کوتاهتر (λ؛ 0.94 در مقابل 1.95 ساعت) و نرخ تولید گاز سریعتر از بخش غیرساختاری (c₁؛ 0.101 در مقابل 0.065 میلیلیتر بر ساعت) است، اگرچه بخش آهسته تخمیرپذیر (a₂) در SP بالاتر بود (42.66 در مقابل 35.35 میلیلیتر). با وجود OMD پایینتر (49.00 در مقابل 51.73%) و ME پایینتر (2.72 در مقابل 3.28 مگاژول بر کیلوگرم ماده خشک) در SP، متانوژنز به طور قابل توجهی کاهش یافت (3.35 در مقابل 6.76 میلیلیتر CH₄ به ازای 200 میلیگرم ماده خشک). پارامترهای تخمیر شکمبهای غلظتهای پایینتر N-NH₃ را در SP نشان دادند که نشاندهنده کاهش آمیناسیون پروتئین است، در حالی که تخریب در شرایط بیواسطه با کیسه نایلونی، بخش محلول فوری (a) بالاتر اما قابلیت هضم مؤثر (ED) پایینتر را در همه نرخهای عبور برای SP نشان داد که حاکی از اثر محافظتی در برابر تخریب شکمبهای است. | ||
