| چکیده | ||
| تنش شوری یکی از مهمترین عوامل محدودکننده رشد و عملکرد گیاهان محسوب میشود. گاما آمینوبوتیریک اسید (گابا) بهعنوان یک ترکیب زیستی مهم در پاسخ به تنشهای محیطی شناخته شده و میتواند در بهبود تحمل گیاهان به شوری نقش مؤثری ایفا کند. در این پژوهش، تأثیر محلول پاشی گابا بر ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی رزماری تحت شرایط شوری بررسی شد. برای ارزیابی اثر گابا بر ویژگیهای رشدی و فیزیولوژیکی گیاه دارویی رزماری تحت تنش شوری، آزمایشی در تابستان 1403 در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه زنجان بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با دو فاکتور اجرا شد. فاکتور اول شامل غلظتهای مختلف گابا) صفر، 20، 40 و 60 میلیمولار) و فاکتور دوم کلرید سدیم با سطوح (صفر، 50، 100 و 150 میلیمولار) بود که در 3 تکرار مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش، صفات مرفوفیزیولوژیکی نظیر طول ساقه، وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی، سطح برگ، محتوای نسبی آب برگ، نشت الکترولیت و محتوای پرولین ارزیابی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تنش شوری تأثیر معنیداری بر اکثر صفات داشت و با افزایش شوری، طول ساقه، وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی و سطح برگ به ترتیب به مقدار عددی 18.980سانتیمتر، 15.331 گرم، 4.7002گرم، 2.597 سانتیمتر کاهش یافت، اما نشت الکترولیت (98.031%) و محتوای پرولین (0.347میکرو گرم بر گرم) به طور معنیداری افزایش پیدا کردند. همچنین، اثر مستقل گابا و اثر متقابل آن با شوری بر وزن خشک اندام هوایی و محتوای نسبی آب برگ معنیدار نبود. غلظت 40 میلیمولار گابا بیشترین اثر مثبت را بر صفات اندازهگیری شده نشان داد. این یافتهها حاکی از آن است که کاربرد اسپری برگی گابا میتواند مقاومت گیاه رزماری را در برابر تنش شوری افزایش دهد. | ||
