| تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر کاربرد مقادیر مختلف زئولیت بر خصوصیات فیزیولوژیک و زراعی کاملینا تحت شرایط آبیاری مطلوب و تنش خشکی در شرایط آبوهوایی کرج در سالهای 1397-1398 و 1399-1398 انجام شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. تیمار زئولیت در چهار سطح (صفر، 5، 10 و 15 تن در هکتار) و آبیاری در سه سطح (آبیاری کامل، قطع آبیاری از مرحله کپسول دهی و قطع آبیاری از مرحله گلدهی) بودند. نتایج نشان داد هر دو تیمار قطع آبیاری باعث کاهش محتوای نسبی آب، محتوای کلروفیل (a و b و کل)، درصد روغن و عملکرد دانه کاملینا شد درحالیکه مقاومت روزنه ای، میزان کربوهیدرات و پرولین برگ کاملینا تحت شرایط قطع آبیاری از مراحل کپسول دهی و گلدهی نسبت به آبیاری کامل به طور معنی داری افزایش یافتند. کاربرد زئولیت در هر سه رژیم آبیاری کاهش میزان مقاومت روزنه ای، کربوهیدرات و پرولین برگ را در کاملینا در پی داشت درحالیکه میزان محتوای نسبی آب برگ، محتوای کلروفیل (a و b و کل)، درصد روغن و عملکرد دانه در پاسخ به کاربرد زئولیت تحت رژیمهای مختلف آبیاری افزایش نشان داد. بیشترین میزان عملکرد دانه (2057 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و محتوی روغن (30.55 درصد) کاملینا در تیمار کاربرد 15 تن زئولیت تحت شرایط آبیاری کامل به دست آمد درحالیکه کمترین مقدار عملکرد دانه (390.67 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و محتوی روغن (25.22 درصد) به تیمار قطع آبیاری از مرحله گلدهی و عدم کاربرد زئولیت تعلق داشت. بهطورکلی یافتههای این تحقیق نشان داد کاربرد زئولیت بخصوص تحت شرایط قطع آبیاری با کاهش اثرات مخرب تنش خشکی، موجب بهبود رشد بوته های کاملینا و افزایش تولید میشود؛ درنهایت کاربرد 10 تن زئولیت در هکتار تحت شرایط آبیاری کامل و 15 تن زئولیت در هکتار تحت شرایط قطع آبیاری از مراحل گلدهی و کپسول دهی توصیه میگردد. | ||
