| مطالعه حاضر با هدف مرور سیستماتیک شواهد انسانی در مورد تأثیرات چندبعدی مکمل زعفران بر شاخصهای فیزیولوژیکی در انواع تمرینات ورزشی (هوازی، مقاومتی و ترکیبی) و با جستجوی نظامند در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی معتبر PubMed، Scopus، Web of Science، Google Scholar، SID و ISC بین سالهای ۲۰۲۰ تا ۲۰۲۵ انجام گرفت و فرآیند انتخاب مطالعات مطابق دستوالعمل PRISMA صورت پذیرفت. در مجموع، پس از غربالگری اولیه و ارزیابی معیارهای ورود و خروج، ۱۷ مطالعه انسانی واجد شرایط در مرور نهایی گنجانده شد. یافتههای این مرور حاکی از آن است که زعفران میتواند پتانسیل ایفای نقش بهعنوان یک کمک ارگوژنیک طبیعی و چندمنظوره داشته باشد. در تمرینات هوازی، زعفران با بهبود دفاع آنتیاکسیدانی، شاخص گلیسمی و پروفایل لیپیدی، و کاهش نشانگرهای التهابی، ظرفیت استقامتی و کیفیت ریکاوری را افزایش میدهد. در تمرینات مقاومتی، این مکمل با کاهش قابلتوجه نشانگرهای آسیب عضلانی و التهاب، به افزایش قدرت و تسریع بازیابی کمک میکند. در مورد تمرینات ترکیبی، زعفران با تعدیل پدیده تداخل، امکان دستیابی همزمان به سازگاریهای مطلوب هوازی و مقاومتی را فراهم میسازد. میتوان بیان کرد که مکمل زعفران با مکانیسمهای آنتیاکسیدانی، ضدالتهابی و تنظیمکنندگی متابولیک، بهطور همافزایی عملکرد ورزشی را بهینه کرده و ریکاوری را تسهیل مینماید و گزینهای ایمن و مؤثر برای ورزشکاران و جمعیتهای بالینی محسوب میشود. | ||
