چکیده | ||
Grouting operations are one of the ways to reduce leakage and increase the strength and consolidation of jointed rock in construction sites. One of the issues facing these operations is estimating the volume of cement slurry, which allows the grouting operation to be optimized technically and economically, and also allows the grout penetration to be predicted for sections with similar conditions based on its results. What has been investigated in this research is the estimation of this parameter using analytical and numerical models. Five models have been introduced in the analytical method. In these models, assuming the existence of a joint with a constant opening b, the penetration volume has been calculated. UDEC software has also been used for numerical modeling. In this method, the cross-section of the stone block, the borehole, and the grouting joint were designed, and then the properties of the grout and the ultimate grouting pressure were applied. Geotechnical and grouting information from the Seymareh Dam site was used as a case study. In order to validate these models, statistical analysis was performed under different conditions of rock quality factor and grouting section depth. Considering the total results obtained, it can be said that analytical model number 4 provides the best estimate of grout volume compared to other models and model number 5 provides the weakest estimate. As a result, if only one model is considered, model number 4 is recommended. | ||
