به منظور ارزیابی نقش بارورکنندههای فسفر و الگوهای کاشت در کاهش تنش خشکی گیاه دارویی اسفرزه، پژوهشی به صورت اسپلیت – فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مجتمع آموزشی و تفریحی بقیه الله الاعظم (عج) دانشگاه زابل در سال زراعی 99-1398 اجراء شد. عامل اصلی تحقیق شامل تنش خشکی در سه سطح، آبیاری بعد از 60 میلیمتر (متداول)، 120 و180 میلیمتر تبخیر از تشتک تبخیر کلاس A (تنش شدید خشکی) و عامل فرعی ترکیب روش کاشت بذر (مسطح یا جوی و پشته) و انواع بارورکنندهای فسفره شامل 100 درصد کود سوپر فسفات تریپل، کود زیستی فسفات بارور 2، تلفیق کود زیستی فسفات بارور 2 و 50 درصد کود سوپر فسفات تریپل و عدم کاربرد کود (شاهد) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین طول سنبله، وزن سنبله، تعداد سنبله در مترمربع، عملکرد دانه تک بوته، وزن خشک تک بوته و عملکرد پوسته از تیمار آبیاری متداول با کاربرد تلفیقی کودهای شیمیایی و زیستی فسفره بهدست آمد نتایج برهمکنش تنش خشکی و بارورکنندههای فسفره نشان داد که بیشترین عملکرد دانه در بوته با 2.721 گرم مربوط به تیمار آبیاری نرمال و استفاده ترکیبی بارور کنندهها در حالیکه کمترین عملکرد دانه با 0.741 گرم مربوط به تیمار تنش شدید خشکی و عدم کاربرد بارور کنندههای فسفره بود و بیشترین پروتئین دانه (2.305 میلیگرم بر گرم وزن دانه) و درصد موسیلاژ (15.04) از تیمار تنش شدید خشکی با کاربرد تلفیقی کودهای شیمیایی و زیستی فسفره بهدست آمد. درصد پوسته تحت تأثیر بارورکنندههای فسفره و روش کاشت در سطوح مختلف آبیاری قرار گرفت استفاده از کودهای فسفره و روش کاشت جوی و پشته همراه با آبیاری بعد از 180 میلیمتر تبخیر از تشتک تبخیر توانست درصد پوسته را در مقایسه به تیمار آبیاری نرمال و عدم کاربرد کود در روش کاشت مسطح 32 درصد اضافه کند. | ||
