چکیده | ||
زمینه: اضطراب امتحان، یکی از انواع اضطراب در محیطهای آموزشی و شرایط امتحان است که سبب ایجاد چالشهای روانشناختی بسیاری برای دانشآموزان ازجمله نوجوانان و همچنین خانوادههای آنان شده است. نظر به روند رو به رشد این مسئله، تاکنون مداخلات گستردهای با هدف کاهش اضطراب امتحان در میان جمعیت نوجوان انجامگرفته است؛ از این رو، بررسی این مداخلات مهم و ضروری به نظر میرسد. هدف: بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف مرور مداخلات انجامگرفته در حوزه کاهش اضطراب امتحان نوجوانان انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع مروری نظاممند بود. بدین منظور کلیدواژههای «اثربخشی»، «تأثیر»، «مداخله»، «دبیرستان»، «متوسطه»، «دانشآموزان»، «نوجوانان»، «نوجوان» و «اضطراب امتحان» بهصورت مفرد و ترکیبی در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی SID، Magiran، Google Scholar،Ensani و Civilica ، در بازه فروردین ماه 1397 تا بهمن ماه 1402 مورد جستوجو قرار گرفتند. پس از اعمال معیارهای ورود و خروج و بر طبق الگوی PRISMA، از میان 213 مطالعه اولیه، درنهایت 33 مقاله وارد مطالعه مروری منظم حاضر شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد انواع مختلفی از مداخلات درمانی و آموزشی مانند درمان شناختی-رفتاری، درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد، درمان مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی، مداخلات مبتنی بر راهبردهای فراشناختی، تنظیم هیجانی، خودتنظیمی، بازآموزی اسنادی و مداخلات دیگری مانند آموزش مغزمحور، هوش موفق، واقعیت درمانی و رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی، مهمترین مداخلات انجامشده جهت کاهش اضطراب نوجوانان بوده است. بیشترین مداخلات به کار گرفته شده، درمان شناختی رفتاری، درمان مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بودهاند. نتیجهگیری: لذا پیشنهاد میشود در مداخلاتی که توسط مشاوران و روانشناسان باهدف کاهش اضطراب امتحان نوجوانان انجام میگیرد، به این رویکردهای مداخلاتی درمانی و آموزشی توجه شود. | ||
