چکیده | ||
زمینه: فراگیران در حین تحصیل با استرسها و فشارهایی روبهرو میشوند که گاهی باعث نگرش و احساس منفی نسبت به درس و محیط تحصیل و در نهایت فرسودگی تحصیلی میشود. فرسودگی تحصیلی باعث ایجاد احساس خستگی جسمی، هیجانی، بیعلاقگی و ناکارآمدی تحصیلی و در نهایت افت تحصیلی میشود. به همین جهت برای داشتن یک نظام آموزشی اثربخش، باید به وضعیت روانی و تحصیلی فراگیران و کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی در آنها توجه داشت. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تعاریف و مبانی نظری سه متغیر فرسودگی تحصیلی، هوش معنوی و تابآوری روانشناختی و ارتباط نظری و پژوهشی این سه متغیر با یکدیگر صورت پذیرفت. روش جمعآوری اطلاعات بهصورت بررسی، مطالعه و جمعآوری اطلاعات از پایاننامههای در دسترس و مرتبط و پژوهشهای شش اخیر ایران و خارج با جستجو کلیدواژههای فرسودگی تحصیلی، تابآوری روانشناختی و هوش معنوی به فارسی و انگلیسی در مجلات پایگاههای معتبر صورت پذیرفت. روش: روش پژوهش بهصورت مروری نظری بر پایاننامههای مرتبط و در دسترس در مورد تابآوری روانشناختی، هوش معنوی و فرسودگی تحصیلی و پژوهشهای شش سال اخیر انجام شده در مورد این متغیرها و ارتباط آنها با یکدیگر صورت پذیرفت. پس از محدودسازی جستوجو با واژگان فراگیران، دانشآموزان و مقالات علمی مصوب حدود 600 پایاننامه و پژوهش بهدستآمد که بعد از بررسی و مطالعه چکیده و متن آنها، 32 پژوهش و پایاننامه جامع و جدیدتر انتخاب و برای انجام پژوهش حاضر بهکار برده شد. یافتهها: پس از بررسی به این نتیجه دست یافتیم که مبانی نظری و پژوهشی فرسودگی تحصیلی با تابآوری روانشناختی، فرسودگی تحصیلی با هوش معنوی و هوش معنوی با تابآوری روانشناختی ارتباط دارد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای بهدستآمده، میتوان با آموزش و افزایش مهارت تابآوری روانشناختی و هوش معنوی فراگیران باعث پیشرفت تحصیلی و کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی آنان گردید. | ||
